Section 635-004-0680 - Permit Required(1) It is unlawful to take, land or possess animals living intertidally on the bottom for commercial purposes without first obtaining a Commercial Shellfish And Intertidal Animal Permit issued by the Department pursuant to OAR 635-005-0245.(2) The Commercial Shellfish And Intertidal Animal Permit is in addition to, and not in lieu of a commercial fishing license, bait fishing license or boat license required by ORS 508.235, 508.312 and 508.260.Or.
