Section 635-024-0080 - Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of Division 024 is to provide for management of sport fisheries in the Snake River Zone over which the State has jurisdiction.

(2) Division 023 incorporates by reference the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations. Therefore, persons must consult the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations in addition to Division 011 and Division 024 to determine all applicable sport fishing requirements for the Snake River Zone.
