Section 632-037-0045 - Content

The applicant shall submit to the Department a consolidated application that includes but is not limited to the following sections:

(1) General Information;

(2) Existing Environment - Baseline Data;

(3) Operating Plan;

(4) Reclamation and Closure Plan;

(5) Alternatives Analysis.
