Section 632-033-0043 - Expiration of an Exploration Permit Obligation

An Exploration Permit obligation expires upon:

(1) Transferring of the permit to another obligee.

(2) The area within the permit area coming under an Operating Permit.

(3) Completing the obligation of the Exploration Permit.
