Section 632-020-0035 - Drilling Financial Security(1) A permit for a prospect well will not be issued until the applicant has complied with the requirements of ORS 522.075 relating to financial security.(2) A permit for a geothermal well will not be issued until the applicant has complied with the requirements of ORS 522.145 relating to financial security.Or.
