Section 574-090-0040 - Family Housing Access Termination(1) For student occupants, termination of family housing access will be in accordance with the housing contract.(2) For faculty/staff occupants, termination of family housing access will be one year from the date of check-in. Exceptions to this guideline must be filed by petition with the Office of University Residences.Or. Admin. Code § 574-090-0040
