Section 461-135-0320 - Time Limits; EA(1) A financial group determined eligible for EA is eligible for assistance for 30 consecutive days for any needs covered by OAR 461-135-0300 and 461-135-0310.(2) A benefit group is not eligible for the EA program until the first day of the twelfth month following the start of a previous period of eligibility in Oregon. This limitation applies to the whole group if any member of the group is affected by it.(3) The limitation in section (2) does not apply if its application would make it more difficult for the client to escape domestic violence or place the client at risk of further domestic violence.Or.
