Section 441-730-0000 - Statutory Authority; Purpose(1) OAR 441-730-0000 to 441-730-0320 is adopted pursuant to the rulemaking authority granted the director by ORS 725.320, and 725.505.(2) The rules are considered necessary to assure the proper conduct of the business regulated, to enforce the Consumer Finance Act and to protect the public.Or.
