Section 419-450-0090 - Homeless, Runaway, and Transitional Living Shelters: Health and Hygiene(1) A child-caring agency must have and follow policies that ensure the prompt and accurate assessment and care of injuries, illness, and physical complaints of children in care.(2) A child-caring agency must provide children in care with access to a bathroom and a shower.Or.
