Section 419-450-0020 - Homeless, Runaway, and Transitional Living Shelters: Client Rights(1) A child-caring agency must ensure that children in care are actively involved in the design, delivery, and ongoing planning of the services provided by the program.(2) A child-caring agency must ensure that nutritional needs are met as appropriate for each child in care.Or.
