Section 414-470-0065 - Reporting

Upon request by the Division, a Preschool Promise Provider shall make available to the Division all information and data that demonstrates that Preschool Promise Providers are meeting the program requirements and anything necessary to monitor and evaluate the Preschool Promise Program, and in a manner specified by the Division.
