Section 413-040-0005 - Purpose

The purpose of OAR 413-040-0000 to 413-040-0032 is to describe the activities required to:

(1) Complete a protective capacity assessment;
(2) Use the Family Engagement Meeting;
(3) Develop a case plan;
(4) Develop an action agreement;
(5) Monitor the case plan;
(6) Review and revise the case plan;
(7) Determine when conditions for return have been met; and
(8) Close the ongoing safety plan and close the case.
