Section 411-069-0110 - Required Notice(1) Any notice required to be sent to the facility shall be sent to the current licensee and any former licensee who was occupying the property during the time period to which the notice relates. (2) Any notice required to be sent from the facility to the Department under these rules shall be sent to the point of contact identified on the communication from the Department to the facility.Or.
