Section 411-068-0025 - Exceptions(1) An operator or applicant may apply to the Department for an exception from the provisions of these rules. An exception may be granted if the operator proves to the Department by clear and convincing evidence that such an exception will not jeopardize the health, safety, and welfare of the tenants.(2) Any exception will be granted in writing and reviewed at each renewal period.Or.
