Section 411-058-0070 - General Liability Insurance Requirements(1) An applicant must demonstrate that it maintains at least $1,000,000 per occurrence in general liability insurance, as described in OAR 411-058-0020.(2) A referral agent must maintain a commercial general liability insurance policy in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence throughout the entire period of registration on an uninterrupted basis as described in OAR 411-058-0020.Or.
