Section 340-214-0100 - Applicability

OAR 340-214-0100 through 340-214-0130 apply to all stationary sources in the state. Stationary source includes portable sources that are required to have permits under division 216.

NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
