Section 340-110-0065 - Storage for Disposal(1) The provisions of40 CFR 761.65(c)(7)(ii)are replaced by section (2) of this rule.(2) The owners or operators of any facility using containers described inCFR 761.65(c)(7)(i)shall prepare and implement a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan as described in 40 CFR Part 112 . In complying with40 CFR Part 112, the owner or operator shall read "oil(s)" as "PCB(s)" whenever it appears.Or. Admin. Code § 340-110-0065
