Section 340-105-0020 - Specific Part B Information Requirements for Land Treatment Facilities

The requirements of40 CFR 270.20(d)and(e)are applicable to animal feed crops.

NOTE:The Department does not allow food-chain crops to be grown in or on the treatment zone of a hazardous waste land treatment unit.
