Section 340-104-0340 - Applicability to Incinerators

The provisions of40 CFR 264.340(e)are deleted.

NOTE:The Department may require the owner or operator to obtain an Air Contaminant Discharge Permit and such permit may establish standards more stringent than required underSubpart 0of 40 CFR Part 264 .
