Section 340-104-0220 - Applicability to Surface Impoundments

(1) The provisions of40 CFR 264.220are deleted and replaced with the requirements of section (2) of this rule.

(2) The regulations inSubpart Kof 40 CFR, Part 264 apply to owners and operators of facilities that use surface impoundments to treat or store hazardous waste, except as40 CFR 264.1provides otherwise.
