Section 340-104-0147 - Liability Requirements
(1) This rule amends the requirements of40 CFR 264.147.
(2) The phrase". . . in one or more States"at the end of40 CFR 264.147(a)(1)(ii)is deleted and replaced with the phrase". . . in Oregon".
(3) The phrase". . . in one or more States"at the end of40 CFR 264.147(b)(1)(ii)is deleted and replace with the phrase". . . in Oregon".
