Section 340-103-0011 - Identification Number

In addition to the requirements of40 CFR 263.11,as a matter of policy, the Department will accept EPA identification numbers already assigned and use a modified EPA registration form and EPA's identification numbering system (Dun and Bradstreet) for transporters who register in the future.
