Section 340-102-0034 - Accumulation Time, Container and Tank Management Standards(1) In addition to the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 262.17, a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less without a permit provided that, if storing in excess of 100 containers, the waste is placed in a storage unit that meets the requirements of 40 C.F.R. 264.175.(2) A generator shall comply with provisions found in 40 C.F.R. 262.Or.
