Section 333-076-0135 - ASC Nursing Services(1) An RN shall be responsible for the nursing care provided to the patients.(2) The number and types of nursing staff and surgical technologists shall be based on the needs of the patients and the types of services performed.(3) At least one RN and one other nursing staff or medical assistant shall be on duty at all times patients are present.(4) Nurses who supervise the recovery area shall have current training in resuscitation techniques and other emergency procedures.Or.
