Section 333-535-0200 - Medical Records Unit

The following rooms and areas shall be provided:

(1) Medical records administrator/technician office or space.
(2) Review and dictating room(s) or spaces.
(3) Work area for sorting, recording, or archiving records.
(4) Storage area for records.
