Section 333-031-0070 - Rallies and Caravans(1) Any temporary facilities for accommodating a camping vehicle rally or other groups of camping vehicles assembled for the purpose of traveling together may be exempted by the Administrator from the requirements of these rules for toilets and spacing if the Administrator finds the public health will not be endangered. The period of operation shall be designated by the Administrator.(2) Prior to using any recreation park, camping vehicle rally groups shall obtain permission from the park owner or operator.Or.
