Section 333-122-0251 - General Requirements for All RGD: Form of Records(1) Each record required by OAR chapter 333, division 122 must be legible throughout the specified retention period. (2) The record may be the original or a reproduced copy. (3) The record may be stored in electronic media with the capability for producing legible, accurate, and complete records during the required retention period. (4) Records, such as letters, drawings, and specifications, must include all pertinent information, such as stamps, initials, and signatures. (5) The registrant must maintain adequate safeguards against tampering with and loss of records. Or. Admin. Code § 333-122-0251
