Section 333-122-0240 - Records of Inspection and Maintenance of RGD, Associated Equipment, and Survey(1) Each registrant must maintain records, specified in OAR 333-122-0230 of equipment problems found in daily checks and six. months inspections of radiation machines, associated equipment, survey instruments, Qualified Expert evaluations, and retain each record for three years after it is made.(2) The record must include the date of check or inspection, name of inspector, equipment involved, any problems found, and what repair and maintenance, if any, was performed.ncorporated by reference, until the Authority terminates the registration.
