Section 333-119-0120 - Advertising(1) Registrants shall not claim or distribute promotional materials that claim using a tanning device is safe, free from risk or that using the device will result in medical or health benefits. Only cosmetic claims can be promoted. (2) No person, in any advertisement, shall refer to the fact that such person, or such person's facility is registered with the Authority pursuant to the provisions of this division, and no person shall state or imply that any activity under such registration has been approved by the Authority.
