Section 333-105-0640 - Records of Quarterly Inventory(1) Each licensee must maintain records of the quarterly inventory of sources of radiation, including devices containing DU as required by 333-105-0470, and retain each record for three years.(2) The record must include the date of the inventory, name of the individual conducting the inventory, radionuclide, number of Becquerel (curies) or mass (for DU) in each device, location of sources of radiation and/or devices, and manufacturer, model, and serial number of each source of radiation and/or device, as appropriate.Or.
