Section 333-105-0610 - Records of Receipt and Transfer of Sources of Radiation(1) Each licensee must maintain records showing the receipts and transfers of sealed sources, devices using Depleted Uranium (DU) for shielding, and radiation machines, and retain each record for three years after it is made.(2) These records must include the date, the name of the individual making the record, radionuclide, number of Becquerel (Curies) or mass (for DU), and manufacturer, model, and serial number of each source of radiation and/or device, as appropriate.Or.
