Section 330-067-0110 - State Plan Amendments(1) ODOE's State Plan for ICP includes all the contents set forth in Subpart B,10 CFR 455.20, in the February 19, 1993, Federal Register.(2) Any amendments to the State Plan must be submitted to US DOE for its review and approval. With US DOE's consent, ODOE may submit a new or amended plan at any time.Or. Admin. Code § 330-067-0110
