Section 137-060-0100 - Notice of Garnishment - County Tax

The garnishment forms set forth in OAR 137-060-0110 to 137-060-0160 are provided for use by county tax collectors issuing a notice of garnishment pursuant to ORS 18.854 and ORS 18.857.
