Section 86:15-13-1 - Issuance of license

(a)Certificate. The license issued by the Board shall contain the licensee's name, license number, and date of issuance.

(b)Signature. Official licenses shall be signed by the Chair of the Board and be affixed with the seal of the Board.

(c)Property of the Board. All licenses issued by the Board shall remain the property of the Board and must be surrendered on demand.

(d)Notification. After having fulfilled all requirements for licensure, the Board shall send notification to the licensee of qualification for licensure; and when the license fee is received and the Board approves the candidate for licensure, the license certificate shall be issued.
