Section 800:15-3-5 - Special restrictions

(a)Red River. Commercial harvest of minnows in the Red River and its tributaries above Lake Texoma by commercial minnow operators will be restricted and permitted only during the hours of 6 a.m. to 12 noon daily from March 1 through May 31 annually, and only during the hours 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from June 1 through February, annually.

(b)Prohibited species. All state and/or Federal threatened or endangered species shall not be taken or possessed by commercial minnow operators.
