Section 800:15-3-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe rules pertaining to the lawful harvest of minnows by commercial minnow dealers pursuant to 29 O.S., Sections 4-115, 4-116, 4-117, 6-401, 6-501, 6- 502. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
