Section 800:15-1-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the rules pertaining to the lawful harvest of nongame fish by commercial fishermen pursuant to 29 O.S., Section 4-103, 4-104, 4-105, 6-201, 6-202, 6-203, 6-502. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
