Section 800:10-3-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the rules pertaining to the lawful methods of taking game and nongame fish by the fishing public pursuant to 29 O.S., Sections 3-103, 4-110, 6- 301, 6-302 and 6-303. Penalties for violations of rules are also provided.
