Section 800:1-9-15 - Reconsideration

Any party may petition the Department or Commission, as appropriate, for rehearing, reopening or reconsideration of any decision in an individual proceeding within ten days of its entry, pursuant to APA §317. Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent reconsideration of a matter in accordance with other statutory provisions.
