Section 800:1-11-2 - Sale of advertising

The following rules shall apply to the sale of advertising in any media production or other informational material produced by the Department:

(1) All ads and advertising will be consistent with state and federal law pertaining to the selling of advertising.
(2) ODWC retains the right, by agreement, to approve all elements of any advertising placed in Department productions, including the form and content of said advertising.
(3) Advertising and its content shall be consistent with the Department's mission and goals.
(4) Any public information material containing advertising shall include a statement providing that the inclusion of such material does not constitute endorsement by the Department or Wildlife Commission of the products or services so advertised.
(5) Advertising rates and placement will be consistent with current market values.
