Section 800:1-10-4 - Disposition of complaints

After the investigation has been completed and the report of the investigation has been reviewed by the Director, he/she will make a determination of findings based on the information obtained during the investigation. A letter will be sent to the complainant advising them whether the complaint has been found to be sustained or not sustained.
