Section 800:1-10-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish procedures that shall be used when a complaint is made against any member of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation by any person who alleges fact which, if true, would constitute an infraction of policy rule, regulation, procedure or statute governing the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
