Section 795:1-1-2 - Citation

(a) 2 O.S., Sections 1021 et seq. may be cited as the Oklahoma Wheat Resources Act. [2:1021]

(b) The Wheat Commission is established for the Utilization, Research and Market Development of wheat grown in Oklahoma.
