Section 753:1-1-7 - Records

(a) The Trust keeps documents for at least the minimum time required by state and federal laws that pertain to archives and records. This varies depending on the type of document. The Trust has its records disposition schedules available for inspection.

(b) The Trust follows the Oklahoma Open Records Act and other relevant laws governing confidentiality.

¹This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action enacting a new Section, the Section is no longer effective. Therefore, on 7-15-06 (after the 7-14-06 expiration of the emergency action), Section 753:1-1-7 was no longer effective, and remained as such until added by permanent action on 9-14-07.
