Section 75:1-3-1 - Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to delineate the criteria for eligibility for programs to contract with the Office of the Attorney General for the provision of domestic violence, sexual assault , or adult human sex trafficking services to the public as permitted or required under Title 74 O.S. § 18p-1et seq.
