Section 710:1-3-52 - Execution and collection duty; return of voucher

Tax warrants for delinquent tax, penalty and interest twill be issued by the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Once issued by the Commission, the warrants will be filed by the county clerk and forwarded to the county sheriff. The sheriff is to actively pursue collection of each warrant delivered.
