Section 660:2-1-1 - Purpose

(a) The provisions of this Chapter set forth the organization and procedural rules governing the Department of Securities and have been adopted for the purpose of complying with 75 O.S., Section 302.

(b) The provisions of this Chapter relating to investigations and hearings shall apply to all investigations and hearings conducted by the Department in the enforcement of the Business Opportunity Act, the Land Sales Act, and the Securities Act.
