The Certificate of Existence or Good Standing required by 18 O.S., Sections 1130(B)(1), 2043(2) and 54 O.S., Section 350(2) to be filed with a certificate of qualification and certificate of registration, must be an original dated within sixty (60) days of the date the instrument has met all statutory requirements and been accepted for filing.
