Section 650:35-1-3 - Statutory definitions

(a)"For-profit entity" is defined in the federal Small Business Innovation Research Act of 1982, PL 97-219 and PL 99-443.

(b)"Professional service contract" is defined in 74 O.S., Section 5060.4.
