Section 650:20-1-3 - Statutory definitions

The following terms are defined in 74 O.S., Section 5060.4:

(1) enterprise,

(2) health research project,

(3) institutions of higher education,

(4) investigator,

(5) nonprofit research institution and

(6) professional service contract.
